How Flock Together Works
From a portrait your AI writes to a conversation with someone new. Here is exactly how Flock Together works.
Ask your AI for a portrait of you
Flock Together gives you a short prompt to paste into the AI assistant you already talk to, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. It asks your AI to describe your personality, interests, values and what you are looking for in a relationship.
We do not connect to your AI accounts or read your chat history. Your AI writes a portrait, and you paste only what you want to share.
Review and shape your profile
You paste the portrait into Flock Together. Our AI turns it into two layers: a private profile that helps us understand you, and a short public summary with your interests and location that other people can see.
Review your private portrait and edit your public summary before sharing. There is no bio to write and no photo to choose.
Set your dating intention
Tell us in your own words what kind of relationship you are hoping for, who you are interested in, the adult age ranges you prefer, and whether you want to meet people near you or anywhere. You can pause or change it at any time.
You choose whether your name is visible from the start or private at first.
Receive thoughtful introductions
We look for people whose portraits and intentions fit yours and introduce you to a few at a time, not an endless feed. Each introduction explains why you might click and suggests a way to start the conversation.
No swiping and no browsing. You are notified when there is someone new to consider.
Say hello, or pass
Read their story and decide. Saying hello shares your interest. A private conversation opens only when both people say hello, so nobody gets messages they did not ask for.
Passing is private. You can also report or block anyone from any introduction or conversation.
Start anonymous, share your name when ready
You can begin a conversation without sharing your real name and reveal it when it feels right. Each person controls their own reveal, and you can return to anonymous.

Take it at your own pace
Pause matching whenever you need a break. Your existing conversations stay available. When you are ready to meet, you decide how and when.
